I was driving looking for someone specific a last winter on the are. The girl I was looking for has long hair. I saw a girl with long hair on the are at Remington, the popular corner they hang out at. It wasn't the girl but what I did was drove by slowly and looked at her while turning onto Remington. She had a coat with a hood so I had to confirm. It wasn't her so I continued but while turning, DPD hit the spotlight on me and said move along. They followed me all the way on Remington, to the 75 service drive, turned south where I was stopped by the State Fair light and they spot light me again and said something. Then SB to 7 mile where I was stopped again at the light but they pulled next to me. I rolled down my window and motioned for the passenger cop to roll his down and asked what he said. He said to go home. I said "Do you have any idea why I'm here?" He didn't answer and I continued with "we can park in the gas station lot and discuss this if you'd like" They still said nothing and drove off. My intent is not to sound or act badass, but it's to imply I know the rights of what they can and can't do and I will fight for it. They have large cojones in that area because they harass the walkers and residents as well as drivers assuming we're all there for one thing and assuming people don't know their rights and will be intimated and leave. I won't play their game and a few years back, several cops were let go because of their unethical antics.

Bottom line, yes, it's risky if you stop to talk and it's a decoy, then you say the magic words. But it's not if you simply talk and if picking her up, it's still rightfully ok, they can't prove sex, but to avoid a hassle, tell her to meet at a spot in 5 or 10 minutes.

I should have put chat in quotes, I was trying to scoop. The car said Detroit in big letters on the side. After thinking about it I m pretty sure it was a decoy which is unusual for a Monday.

On groesbeck between 13 & 14. Most of them do. But be aware. Fraser LE goes through the parking lots a lot. I got pulled over one time but I knew the woman's real name. Said she was just having a rough time (which she was). But there's nothing they can do without proof.

I scooped her up during the Summer of 2015 and again in 2020 (almost 5 years to the date, really). She was still showing only minor damage in the face in '15 but had a nearly flawless frame; by 2020 the poor girl had REALLY become a mess. One can only IMAGINE her state now. Sad!

Used to go to Philly all the time for work and I've driven Kensington and the KNA neighborhood many times. It's surreal, like out of a movie. So many people just walking zombies. Open air drug markets.

There are streetwalkers but not nearly in the numbers this video makes it seem.
