Besides these women's FB gossip groups, there are scammers and others with malicious intent who will use your photo to discover your identity or steal it, and will threaten to ruin you. Don't let them have that leverage. If you must, then either send one with your face obscured, or do Google search on your own photo and pick one from the search results that isn't you, and send that one.
