Local news just had a story on how Detroit is focusing on Tycoon's. Not sure how quick Penthouse got closed as it went through the courts. Tycoon's, it was reported, is trying to resolve the "issues" of the case against it.

I haven't played at the strip clubs in the D in years. But Coliseum was my favorite hunting ground. Followed by the Hustler Club. It seems that Detroit is no longer open for business in terms of high mileage clubs.

The downside to all of this is that while the talent will surely improve downriver, the prices will also go up even more.

I've only been to the Penthouse twice, so I'm not bothered by its closure. In fact, that means that many of those girls are going to be looking for other clubs, so the downriver clubs should get a few more options.

It is not a good thing. They changed the VIP's into an open room with no barriers and they still closed them down. Eventually every club in the Detroit city limits is going to have to go clean or get shut down as well. Then they might start putting pressure on the clubs in neighboring cities.

That's a couple of the young girls trying to get something unreasonable. I think you would find that the girls that have worked there for awhile don't charge that. What? That's laughable! 3 to 5 hundred? It sounds like stripper collusion to try and push the prices up more. It seems like the best way to combat that is to drop that goto who jumped her prices up and find someone else. She needs you more than you need her. Regulars are key to these girls and when they lose their regulars, that becomes a real problem for their reliable cash flow.

Money is green to every girl in the place and they all need it. I'd expect that you'll find a girl with the "you can't say anything to anyone but I'll do it for x price for you".

If you go to the right club (Henry V and, Bogart's, Flight Club, Cricket BTs, and a ton of others), it is very simple. Most girls will come right out and ask if you're looking for something extra. But even if they don't, they expect to be asked about it.

First, choose the dancer you want to get with. Usually, some will be wandering around and ask if you want company. If you're nor interested in a given girl, tell her you're waiting for someone. If you say you're not interested, she might let others know to stay away so they aren't bothering you. When you find one you want to get with, ask them to stop by. You can do this as they walk by or ask a waitress to ask them over or you can to up when they are on stage, tip them $5 and say you'd like her to come chat about going to the VIP when she's done with her time on stage.

When they come over, chat a bit. Most will talk with you, ask you about yourself, try to put you at ease. It is good manners to ask before you touch. Nearly all of them (even the ones who don't do extras) are fine with you caressing their back or legs or ass while they sit but most prefer to be asked first.

When it comes time to do it, be clear about what you want and what you're willing to pay. Negotiate in the main room, up front.
