Those ones are usually a scam. If you reply a couple times, you'll get canned messages feigning being offended that you questioned them. Other times you'll get a response from a different address or different pictures (of a different person) will be attached.

Anyone that does not a have interactive. True two way conversation. Is typically a scam.

Your dealing with a commercial enterprise. If you're looking for a UTR, keep searching.

There are two links, one to a very tame Ad, the other to a raunchy Ad. I would suggest not assuming anything not confirmed in a call. Worth it though.
