So I went Saturday night around 11. Cover was $26 (Dances were $30 topless, $50 nude; 15-minute VIP $200. Decent number of girls, 10 or so? About the same number of patrons. I tested the water with one-song nude dances with 3 girls, made it clear I was just trying it out. They were pleasant and friendly. Didn't get one with my favorite Jersey because I was on a budget. One girl said it was busier other nights. Also that she hopes they open other nights soon; she said she made the most on Monday nights. Didn't see / hear specials. Sat at the stage a while and threw ones.

Cover charge is $15 for evenings, $10 during the day (but they're not open during the day yet). Can't find anything about prices / specials yet.

Still closed. I have been out to the City of Industry for work a few times and there are definitely places open out there. Passed one not too far from where that drive in is and saw people outside in the parking lot. Place was clearly open, sorry I can't remember the name.

Was around the area of Synn decided to pass and it was closed. The lights are on but their door is closed and no one in the parking lot.

I would say that the "customary" tip in California and nationwide for a lap dance with no extras is Zero. Naturally, a decent number of patrons are more generous, but I'm pretty sure the majority are not. I'll qualify by adding that my strip club days are history, but not ancient history. So in these times of reportedly more aggressive dancers hustling through the aisles of SoCal SCs, I don't know if a new generation of strip club mongers have become amenable to tipping for ordinary dances. I followed the customary pattern myself but was happy to throw in a modest tip when the dancer provided a specially memorable experience even if it did not fall under the definition of a private dance "extra". The best tip the best lap dance providers receive as a general rule, is when a happy customer buys additional dances because its just too great to quit, and makes a point to do business with the same dancer on subsequent visits to the club.
