As long as you are not extremely young I believe you are ok, she saw me and I'm below the 45 limit but I told her up front before we met. We met and she was fine with me.

I think she wants to avoid the college bro or kiddies, which I understand. If you are a professional or at the very least a mature respectful guy she would probably be good with meeting you.
