I understand your frustration but I think your assertion is a bit premature. People have been paying for sex since Adam and Eve and it's not going to stop now just because of the current gub'mint stupidity. These sites will find a way around this and may even return to what we know is familiar once the gub'mint's actions are thrown out of court.

I don't imagine CL has staff to screen out all those postings individually. Further, it seems that one way to put the nanny-state on the spot is for a psuedo-posting protocol to develop. Something like "handyman" postings that, for those that know, are really about handies for men, or "positions offered" postings that are really about positions like K9, 69,etc. Hard to imagine the gument going after a site over coded postings that no site owner could possibly be expected to screen.
