FYI in case someone else, like me, has the urge to test the strictly professional note in this post. The combination of face pic, phrasing and spelled phone number makes you wonder if there's a happy day to be found. Was proven wrong by the nice professional lady in the picture who offered no sign of extras, even with a polite but obvious hint.
