If your mail gets sent out PRIOR to the flagging event, she / he will get it. BUT I doubt they can respond then through the CL email routing / delivery system. YOu HAVE to make sure that you provide your junk email account in your response to their ad and then they can email, that is, if the thing was not flagged as you typed your response to ad. After sending the response, go back on CL with refresh and see if ad is still there. If it is, the email should have been delivered.
