I went back into the forum to get caught up on her BF more reason not to see her. The other reason is her lack of discretion; she's posting with her actual full name! Her phone is off. And if you look at the legal record sites, it says she violated probation earlier this month. My guess is that she's, er, "preoccupied". I don't think she has a pimp or BF near by. I do not think that sexting is a crime or reason for LE to come after anyone. It MAY be used as evidence, after the fact upon investigation of an arrest of being caught in the act of real solicitation and meet-up, but the meet up and arrest would have to come first.
