I've noticed that skip is the more talked about site around here. In the north east, it was listcrawler. I've hunted listc down here but the Bradenton / Sarasota ads are few and far between. Tampa, clearwater, those areas, a ton of ads! Makes me wish I had relocated to Clearwater! Am I missing something on LC?

I'm sorry to tell you that you really have not missed anything. STG is the predominant site south of Tampa Bay. You can find the rear unicorn on some other less used site on occasion but that is rare. In the Tampa Bay area you have a much larger selection, with much more reasonable costs. It's just the way it is. If you don't mind the drive and have the time, a driving to the bay area can be well worth it. We are a smaller area, less providers, and in season they tend to get more gps. Every area has its pluses and minuses. If your lucky you will find a utr and cherish the situation while it lasts.
