I also picked up 20 caps of 90 mg generic viagra for $100 .. seems very fair to me. Why go to canada or mexico (which is what I was doing) or india? I think those days are over at this point.

Ordered 20 100 mg generic viagra from Heal Pharmacy, India, on Dec. 2nd, order came in today, Dec. 19,2018. Cost me $48.00 including shipping. Now I have to find a willing woman of questionable virtue to help me give them a try. Got several e-mails confirming the order, etc. First try at charging was declined by the cc company, they put it thru on the second try which took I guess about 4 days. So, delivery in 13 days.

Thinking about trying the online route. What typically does the doc ask that isn't already answered on the questionnaire? I'm 61 and don't have trouble getting an erection. Just not as hard as it use to be. My main issue is when these hot young chicks say faster or harder, the little fellow sometimes isn't up to to it.

Just wish there will be a cialis generic come out soon. I got pressure feeling on my head and eye after taking viagra, but didn't feel any side effect with Cialis. Plus cialis last longer, you can go mongering in 2 consecutive days in one pop. Even though more money is spent and your boby take a toll from increased "exercise" 2 day in a roll, but that's whole other story.

You can use a GoodRx coupon if you don't have insurance. Mine would have been $19.99 for 10 100 mg pills (generic V) - but my insurance covers 8 100 mg a month for free. So I just told the pharmacy I'd take the 8 pills using my insurance.
Refills are once a month for a year. So I'll set for a while.

"phytoestrogens can be found in some dietary foods, such as nuts. Consuming these foods may help increase the estrogen in your body. Almonds are a good source of phytoestrogens. Peanuts are also a good source of phytoestrogens. Pistachios are the richest source of phytoestrogens among nuts".

"Unfermented Soy (the kind most often used in processed food) is full of phytoestrogens. These phytoestrogens and other isoflavones mimic the effects of estrogen in the body. Both of which can lead to a direct increase in estrogen in the body and disrupt the endocrine system's natural balance. In addition to being a food high in estrogen, Licorice can also negatively affect the complex interactions between cortisol, pregnenolone, and DHEA, which can result in lower testosterone production. Sorry fellas, but beer and hops are absolute testosterone killers. Hops is used in the fermentation of beer and is a food high in estrogen; especially estradiol. Hence why beer may be responsible for so many beer bellies and man-boobs".

"There are several estrogen-rich foods that may help boost your estrogen level. Soy is a rich source of phytoestrogen and comes in a variety of easy to consume forms like soy milk, tofu, or edamame. Flaxseeds contain up to three times the phytoestrogens of soybeans. Sesame seeds or sesame oil contain lignans that possess phytoestrogens. Beans are relativity high in phytoestrogens. Wheat bran is a reliable way get your dose of phytoestrogens. Several types of nuts, including pistachios, chestnuts, hazelnuts, and walnuts, are great sources of phytoestrogens. Chickpeas: A reliable source of phytoestrogens. Olives and olive oil affect for your hormone levels. Green beans: high in phytoestrogen, green beans are a great food to eat if you're a woman. Red wine helps the body to produce more estrogen".
In addition to avoiding high estrogen foods and high omega 6 oil foods, you could try increasing your omega 3 oil, which is anti inflammatory. Although some plant foods are high in omega 3, the body must convert them into EPA and DHA, whereas in fish oil the work has already been done. To reduce inflammation you need EPA. I have had some success with fish oil supplements. The trick is you need a lot, so it is best to buy a high grade (usually more expensive) concentrated fish oil supplement standardized for EPA content. The cheap stuff doesn't work. If cost is an issue then skip the omega 3 and just avoid the omega 6 and estrogen. There is no way I would take the prescribed meds for BPH as they cause ED, like you mentioned. I have read stories of men who had ED for years after quitting their meds. Yikes.
I can tell you from personal experience that eating peanuts worsens BPH and quitting them reduces BPH. Whether it's the estrogen or the omega 6 oil I don't know. I assume the same would be true of the other foods listed above. I've tried herbs and supplements to reduce estrogen and they didn't work for me. The trick is to change your diet to reduce estrogen. That takes some time as it is difficult to change old habits, but give it a try. I think you will like the results.
Also consider reducing your sugar consumption.

"Eating too much fructose and glucose can turn off the gene that regulates the levels of active testosterone and estrogen in the body".
Fruit is high in fructose and many products are sweetened with high fructose corn syrup.
