Congrats Baltimore Mongers. We are # 1!

Baltimore is the City with the Highest STD Rate in the US. Here's a link to the article.

    https://dc101.iheart.com/content/202...zUeGriAun9fBZo

I stopped going bareback years ago when I got sequential STD's from FOUR dates over as many months. Yup, 4 in a row. Three were BBBJ, and on was FS. Hey, what's a drip among friends? Can I get a little clap from someone for posting this news? LOL!!

Met Jen on Conkling about a month ago. Blonde with a cute face. Great attitude. Enthusiastic action. Picks though. That was unsightly.

Met Casey near Wilkens last week. Strawberry blonde with a very pretty face. She gets into it and had an "O" 3-4 times. Also a sweetheart.

    Baltoman.

    Delaware Douchbaggery. STD Rant

OK, gents, normally this would be posted in the titled thread, but per forum rules, I am posting here where this discussion is allowed

Two emails came my way of recent that have me scratching my head. I have been on a 'risk management" kick of recent and this falls right in line with that.

First, I received an email from a monger reporting that HE had contracted an STD. OK, no biggie as that is the risk everyone in this hobby takes! I guess if you hobby enough and are loose in your safety practices then one should not be surprised to get an STD. The details of who, what, where, when & how are not particularly relevant or of interest to me.

What did catch my eye was what he reported as the reaction he got when 'being a good Joe" and warning others. Apparently the Monger, let's call him Z, contacted providers AND hobbyists as a warning and public service. (He sent me some of the texts) What shocked me was the reactions. Several of the dudes challenged him wanting to know if he was "sure" he got the STD from girl A. Others said, I have no symptoms so I couldn't have any STDs, as if that was conclusive or protective. The girls for the most part apparently thanked Z for telling them and wandered over to the Clinics and got tested right away. The dudes apparently shunned testing- and one wonders how STDs spread? One girl however, refused to get tested, but weeks later was in the local hospital getting a shot in her azz.

My horror is the apparent ignorance surrounding STDs and denial when faced with the possibility of infection. Maybe I'm too altruistic? But if some dude told me they dated girl B and now had an STD and I had dated Girl B too, I'd be grateful for the info and rush off to get tested (provided the incubation period had expired).

Can the dude be 100% sure where he got the STD? Not if he dated several girls! But is the fact that Z wasn't sure where he got the STD, is that protective of any one monger or a reason for any monger to 'blow off' the possibility of exposure? Look STDs in our culture are ubiquitous and unfortunately a "dirty thing. " Apparently the "common knowledge" is that only bad people or certain people get STDs. Unfortunately, talk with counselors in the clinics and they will tell you STDs know no "boundaries!" So I get it! Having an STD is embarrassing AND if one allows their mind to go there, then one is dirty, disgusting or a bad person for having one. So no doubt one's motivation behind denial has something to do with: who wants to feel they are a bad person, dirty or disgusting? But that thinking is in your head, your socialization. If you allow that to dictate your actions and thus avoid taking appropriate steps, then sad for you!

Then there is the IGNORANCE of "I don't have any symptoms" so I must not have an STD! FALSE! Do some homework and one will see that there is a significant percentage of people who contract an STD that have no symptoms! Some STDS (Chlamydia & HPV) are often a-symptomatic. Not having symptoms is not protective, nor is it an indication one is not infected! On top of this, the incubation period for many STDs vary widely. So perhaps the bug hasn't had enough time to elicit symptoms? I dunno. My point is that it appears as though many are unaware of how STDs work and thus take comfort in the wrong things and stick their head in the sand on others!

The second part of the rant surrounds these boards and the fact that one is not allowed to make STD accusations about girls. (that is the policy we have to live with) So the fact that no one "sees" a discussion about anyone having an STD, appears as though it lulls many into NOT considering the possibility or presence of STDs out there! This is plain silly! As the Z example above points out STDs are around the Delaware community. So if you think that not seeing any cautions or reports that a girl has HIV, the clap, etc means you don't have to worry about it. THINK AGAIN! So while Z would have liked to report the girls he dated that likely gave him the bug, he was prohibited from doing so. But NOT posting who were the potential "givers" didn't make his STD disappear or go away. It also didn't reduce the risk of expose to other dudes who dated the same girl (s)! So many mongers trundled on seeing these girls all happily ignorant of the risk they potentially posed.

So some dudes have taken to private mail to report potential problems with girls. One can be grateful for that information or one can stick their head in the sand over it. If you need to "get your head around the fact that Girl C might have an STD" then you are taking HUGE risks and acting in denial! Again, this is risk management. You get to decide how serious you want to take things.

Me? Over the years I have had many a girl tell me that, "that girl over there, she has STD XYZ. " Most of the time, my experience suggests that this could be nothing more that 'eliminating the competition. ' But it does leave me with a level of pause. However, when I get the same report from THREE independent sources, then for me this "information" becomes a fact and the girl is eliminated from any potential rotation or future dates. I might also warn others as allowed, but from what I see reported by Z and the PMs I have received, I think I will just stop bothering. Clearly you guys don't give a Sh*T if Girl D has HIV or Girl E has Syphilis. Apparently such reports will be met but challenges and distrust all while trying when trying to help out? Why bother?

So take my warning for what it is worth. Ignore it if you wish. Risk Management is your choice.

So if you dudes want to stay safe find one girl and be monogamous with her! If not ALWAYS, ALWAYS use protection to reduce, not eliminate, one's risk.

    Stay Safe!

For the male the risk for HIV goes up very little. It goes goes up a significant amount for the female. It anal is involved it goes up for both but a lot for the female. Of course uncovered vaginal sex increases the risk of a lot of other STDs, most thought are curable except herpes.

Yes, BBBJ carries a much, much smaller likelihood of STD transmission than actual bare fucking. The concerns are independent of pregnancy risk.

If you want statistics, the CDC has all you need, but a BBBJ provider is pretty common (I have strippers sucking my dick bare all the time), while a BBFS provider is more in the realm of "a specialist".

(I actually prefer my BBFS with CFS providers (I can usually get them to agree to it); I'm wary of the actual, committed BBFS providers!

I am interested because I have the hardest time getting off via handjobs or covered BJs but fear herpes.

(I have to believe that 100 percent of SWs have oral herpes (cold sores) after working the streets for a few months).
Once interacting with someone at risk the odds shoot up radically. What I'm pointing out isn't necessarily herpes but rather other things. If you play especially in the the SW side expect scabies, ring worm, or just about any communicable disease. Remember 3 quarters of the girls are out there to feed a habit. Even for those that claim hygiene you're still by meeting as many people that handle a shopping cart. Unfortunately the cart you touched is a living petri dish with the flu or worse. So wrap, wash, protect, but eventually something can still happen it's just odds.

I do not know of any source that can confirm then, much less a credible one.

In regards to Oral Herpes: "HSV-1 is most contagious during an outbreak of symptomatic oral herpes, but can also be transmitted when no symptoms are felt or visible. ".

I've been in the game for a long time and I'm clean. I get checked out regularly at an anonymous clinic and never had an issue.

I heard many people who get it fight it off naturally. Sometimes it can even become immune in most. Its the odds like all the others. I also heard condoms do nothing for catching that, just your sac touching her vagina while wearing a hat still will transmit that way.

The only odds I have a problem believing is if a HIV positive ejaculated in a negative bottom, I would think it would be an automatic positive. I am sure it is correct, but it shocks me.

You can get tested for Herpes (1&2).

Statistic may seem scary but you may be one of the lucky one. I don't know how but I am free of both after I got tested. I thought for sure I would have Herpes 1 as over 70% of people have it but I was pleasantly surprised that I don't have it.

    But.

With most stds (gono, chlamydia, syphillis) we take a pill and voila, they're gone. Most likely we know something's up soon after infection.

But how do you guys manage herpes 2? The genital one.

I am trying to figure out what the "responsible" way to go about this is- and I don't mean with k-girls or sex workers. I am talking just in general, with "normal" girls.

    I am told that:

    - HSV2 transmission can occur even if there's no visible sores (which frankly was my go-to method for figuring out if I was at risk).

    - You can't test for it so even if you did the right thing with a serious GF and got a full board of STD tests, you'd still be shit-out-of-luck with HSV2.

    - Condoms only partially protect you since it's skin-to-skin.

    WTF?

Are we supposed to fuck and cry at the same time, while we pound a seemingly clean, pristine pussy, wondering if we are basically one thrust away from getting it?

I haven't had a single out break and have fucked a lot of chicks bare (mostly non-pros) but now I am wondering if I am one of those silent carriers and just don't know it.

Anyone willing to jump in and be the voice of reason? Prob not the sexiest topic thread but hey, I know it's on a lot of people's minds so let's clear the air.
