Posts: 47I've been on seeking arrangement (kinda expensive at 80 a month, I've stop subscribing) and what's your price to meet / date women. Its shame I have to pay them to see me.
Its largely a hit / miss thing. Met a bunch of ladies some were obviously escorts others were sugar baby wannabes. There are 2 ladies I like who I see off and on.
I never really met anyone from adult friend fidner, POF, zoosk, Tagged, mingle, and 2 or 3 other dating sites I don't recall offhand.
I may revisit AF and zoosk. AF was mostly nibbles, had 2 conversations, but fell thru. Zoosk, had a lot of nibbles.

The quality of Match & OKCupid has degraded rapidly the past couple of years.
I've gotten laid off many dating sites. Match, OKC, POF, and older ones like yahoo personals, Asiafriendfinder, american singles.
It seems like most of the action is on tinder & bumble. I found "real women" on bumble, and "sugar baby wannabes" on tinder.
POF was decent for a certain type of woman. Before that I was always able to find some single mommys.
OKC they hide results from you based on your age.
I would say bumble is the best of a bad lot.
AFF I am surprised is still in business. Always a crappy selection, and the archaic user interface sucks.

90% of woman on SA are Professional Escorts / Hookers. Yes, they are real.
I have met and played with about 5 woman off SA in about a year.
Then an interesting thing happened. I was kicked off SA, because I was breaking their rules.
Customer service said that they verified that I was, "promoting criminal behavior", and they were going to report me to LE.
WOW! Never realized this could happen in a Free country.
Good Riddance SA.
My advice: Watch your back. And never pay for more than a month to month membership.

Posts: 22Review of a few sites.
Have tried 4 online dating sites over the past 4 months, technically 6 if you include Bumble and Tinder. I am in my 30's, in relatively good shape but I don't drink alcohol so going out and meeting people at the bars can be difficult. I have had a premium membership at Zoosk, AFF, Match and OkCupid.
From best to worst.
1. Match.
Lots of people in my area, haven't gotten any action but have been there for roughly a week and have some prospects. This is more of what I envisioned of online dating, most people seem serious about actually finding a relationship, so it does take some time and effort to set up a profile and put effort into your messages. Very few fake accounts, I haven't encountered any.
2. OkCupid.
Had a lot of messages, but nothings materialized physically. Not really a lot of people within 50 miles of me but again I have a few prospects. Same deal as Match, more of a date set up site and will require more effort than other dating sites to get going.
3. Zoosk.
The set up of zoosk isn't bad, there just was literally nobody in my area on it. For that reason I stopped my subscription. This could be one I return to in the future if it gets popular. It has a good setup.
4. AFF.
Easily had the most action from this site, have met multiple people in person and still get replies from people. The quality of the women greatly varies and there are tons of fake accounts. There's more spam and bots on here than anywhere else, so I would recommend setting up a 2nd email account to register on. The reason this gets the lowest rating is because of how awful the spam is and how old the site set up is.
All of these sites have relatively the same price points for memberships. I should also say that Match, Zoosk and OkCupid could have different results for you based on your age and location.

Posts: 426I used to do Match and POF but idk about tinder. If its anything like those 2, its just lots of money for no real gain. SA is where its at rn so I would get on that if I were you.

Maybe I'm not good looking or maybe I'm just not aggressive. What do you find works on this thing because I can't seem to get a hook up going. There's a lot of "Swipe Left if you're looking for a hook up" which to me is just retarded to do on an app that's supposed to have a reputation for hook ups.
Anyone else notice the increasing number of profiles asking for $5?

Posts: 181Fake profiles on dating sites.
Most of the sites have fake female profiles to make it seem like there are many women. If you get a free membership on a site like Plenty of Fish (POF) you will get emails everyday like this "Molly551 wants to meet you" and they will ask you to upgrade to a paid membership, which I have. Then when you search for username you realize "Molly551" does't exist. Some sites actually state in the Terms of Service that some members and messages are for fantasy and entertainment purposes and may not actually exist. I spent almost $200 on Ashley Madison before realizing it was run by their software that was sending me likes from make members every day.
