So I just wanted to share my experience with SB.

I tried the service a couple of years ago late 2018 early 2019 initially. You have to pay for credits to respond to posts. There's a healthy amount of attractive women, I exchanged messages with well over a dozen. Many are looking for a pretty woman type of scenario where you pay them to be their girlfriend. Almost all are down for p4 p but want stupid amounts 500-1000 plus shopping sprees dinner, pay their bills etc.

My first time using it I found about 5 which were reasonable asking from 150-250 to play each meetup. This happened to me also, I contacted the card company and also SB customer service. Their pay system is based over seas and the prepaid card can only do domestic transactions that's why it was declined. I ended up just using a normal credit card that I was planning to cancel anyways but did get a possible fraud or suspicious activity text from the card before they approved the charge.

I think they are not allowed in either iOS or Androids app stores. Sort of like AFF.
