((Some do some don't trying to get the best possible times when they are open, and when it's a sure possible thing? Been trying for a while now, one time I got lucky but she was busy a old small lady told me to come back but I didn't.)))).

It was open as of 2 hours ago. They are still up and running. She does run odd hours and seemd to just not open at times.

Stopped in at VIP on Friday shortly after they opened at 9:30. The foyer was open but no answer to the buzzer, and I couldn't hear it ring. Left and went to the parking lot and called and got an answer on the phone. Met a young Mexican lady, between 25-28 with little English at the window and paid $40 for half hour.
