I carry a 10% bleach solution in a small spray bottle in my monger bag. That stuff kills anything smaller than junior, but you'll have to rinse it off after a couple of minutes.

Met a good one today!! A realtor, chatted for a bit and we agree to meet at my house, was running late so I called and told her, said she would let herself in cause they have the codes to the key box, not really worried cause place is empty anyway except for one bedroom and bath.
