I witnessed a cash and dash today.

Low and behold she pops out of the complex to take a peek, and heads back to the store, but goes around behind the store. About 10 mins later she pops back out to have a look, he is still there, a few minutes later she comes out with a white woman and she is pointing, etc. So the white woman walks down there to see if he is still there. He comes around 1 more time, the woman pops into the laundromat that is next door and watches. Eventually the guy drove away and the white woman went back into the complex. As much as he was pacing around he must have really lost some $$, he stuck around for a long time but was always pacing or looking the wrong way when she was looking to see if he was there.

Apparently she has some contacts in the area that are willing to help her out with her scams. I have also seen her in the area walking with her pimp. Several times I have considered picking her up when she was without the pimp, but now I know better. She is usually walking in a long skirt or in regular type clothes, doesn't appear to be a SW at first glance, does not dress the part. She has straight hair that is neck length, very plain looking.
