I cruised down Grant and the usual parts in that area at 1:45 and then again at 2:45 pm. In the heat of the day, I saw the dirty blonde who normally works the side street on Jacinto out and then a tall, lanky BSW on 11th. Coming back, I saw HSWs in each location. I was able to get out again after the rainfall when it was much cooler, and low and behold, not a provider in sight. Go figure. Anyone have the 411 on the dirty blonde who works the bus stop and Jacinto side street off Oracle?? Be safe out there!
