On 27th Avenue, between Bethany Home Road and Glendale Avenue, it is basically dead with respect to SW and LE with one exception.

Ocotillo is 6700 North, three blocks south of Glendale Avenue. On the east side of 27th Avenue, I have seen one or two SW on 5 of my last 6 passes at night (after 9 PM). The SW are not on 27th Ave. They are tucked about 100 to 200 feet in from 27th Ave on the north side of Ocotillo, almost invisible from 27th Ave if you are not looking for them.

If you are looking for a discreet place to meet a SW, with negligible LE presence, Ocotillo may be the street for you.

That street usually has a few regulars hangin out on there in the evening but its not every night. Last year when Uncle LE was in full force and really cracking the whip on the girls, that street was a safe haven for some. I'm not sure but maybe Uncle LE has been enforcing more lately. I agree that is a great place to pick up as not a lot of traffic in general. I don't think its a good idea to pick them up in a crowd like on Pierson St. I have seen someone pick one up and Uncle LE was a few cars back, of course there was a light clown show right after that.

The answer is Yes, just drive by in the evening after 9 pm a few times you are bound to see something. I think everyone that is out there has a room there. It seems to be quite transient the lineup can change frequently, although there are some long term residents as well. If you go around 1 am or even 3 am you probably can get lucky!.

Snow Bunny walked up to my vehicle today around noon by the Royal Inn. I opened my window and before I could speak and she stated: "140 for full service". I said no thanks rolled up my window and drove off. Cops are using undercover or the girls are just getting dumb. Beware!

Moral of the story, if you are going to drive the stroll, make sure your vehicle does not give LE probable cause to stop you.

I would add to this advice by saying obey the rules of the road. I have seen punters whip a u turn in heavy traffic to catch a SW. That shit is dangerous and LE is right to stop you from risking everyone's life to blow a load.

Tuesday evening about 9-10 PM cruised the 27th Av. Stroll.

Saw a dude in a light colored Mazda sedan chatting up an ugly beast of a BSW.

Noticed his driver side headlight out. I'm Anal about car maintenance.

Can't say with 100 % certainty if they saw him chatting the black beast walker up, or coincidence.

BTW, why would anyone pay for such an animal too fuck? Guess I have my standards, oh well.

Nothing on the stroll, as far as providers worth mentioning, other than they where low grade.

Moral of the story, if you are going to drive the stroll, make sure your vehicle does not give LE probable cause to stop you.

Was in your fair city recently and once again was amazed with the not so much quantity, but the quality of SWs that I saw and in the partial undress they casually walk the streets. I worked 27th for what seemed like a couple hours, just cruising and taking it all in, seeing if there were any bargains. Saw many that I later wished I had stopped to talk to. Saw 1 SW and another off LC at a place about 10 minutes North of main SW activity. Sorry for such terrible pictures, I'll do better next time. And 27th Dr (just 1 blk West of 27th) was pretty much non-existent the 2 times I was around the area, unlike last time where it was quite busy several months ago, but thankfully other areas filled in nicely.

Question, on PV at the Royal Inn, is it a thing to just stop in the tiny parking area next to the hotel and watch and get into discussions, or is that a bad idea? The quality on PV was definitely pretty high, that's mainly why I didn't stop because I knew their prices would be GPS..

Drove down the blade yesterday afternoon while running errands. I was impressed to see that it was as reported previously. Several BSW's north of BH and south of CB. Some wearing aost nothing at 4:00 in the afternoon. I was quite impressed and shall return soon I hope.

I also took a little trip down memory lane on VB and saw a couple of pedestrians who accepted rides in cars. Is VB making a comeback too? Any other spots?

The Royal Inn is a Phoenix brothel, there are at least a dozen or more that work out of there on the weekend, some make it their permanent home. A lot of the girls you saw come from Cali or LV, and most do have GPS for sure. There are some bargains to be had. In phoenix we don't have a crack problem we have a blues problem. Some have reported picking up some of the street people for services, I have not tried that. I think you are right its a different scene out here than other places and there are some real hotties out there. I think the tampa scene is a lot like the scene in the midwest crack ****** making money to feed their habit. If you catch them when they are peak jonesing for the medicine then you can get the $40 - $60 you describe. I have been to the Royal several times have never had a problem. But then I have been into Detroit ***** houses too back in the 80's, those were way more scary than that place on PV.

The Royal Inn was probably the scariest place I've visited here in the metro Phoenix area. I took extra precautions and was most concerned about leaving my vehicle unattended but everything worked out fine.

I hate it when they stop mid stroke and don't finish the job. It's not being an asshole pointing it out either.

It's really a crap shoot on if the service will be good or lame. ONe can also do a date in one of the lowend motels in the area, but that's going to be $200 entry fee more than likely. I have spent more than $200 and still a lame experience. I have found better to do a car date for an unknowm provider, than if you run into situation you describe only out $100 or $120 not $200. I usually only do the higher end expense on one that I have been with before.
