Call and make another appointment and while you are on the phone ask for the address or ask if someone will contact you. Time is too valuable to waste.

Got a message from one of the numbers from the old 18 Spa that they reopened in Franklin. Checked it out and had a nice experience. Much better than when they were here. There are some reviews in the Bowling Green page if you're interested and it's not that far of a drive.
