They don't, unless you don't pick up the call. Disposable number apps such as textnow and Google numbers will just say that the -insert company- subscriber can't be reached when going to voicemail.

Try and check out Operation Sex Sting. It's a documentary about the Polk County Sheriff in FL, Grady Judd, who is infamous for high profile prostitution stings.
