Would love an update on the Pony as well. I haven't been since Sway, Jasmine & Rebecca were the stars shining brightest.

Haven't been in about 2 years, but heard Pony has added more cameras in the back (although maybe not as many as Gold Club has).

Sway is mostly dancing at Scarlett's in STL but frequently works at Gold Club these days. Rebecca is at Purple Diamond now.

They do have cameras in the rooms. $20 upfront to use the room goes to house. Dancers usually charge $20 a song. They will give you a HJ but nothing more. I got lucky once with more but she no longer works there. There are several there that will do takeout as well.

I've been frequenting the Memphis clubs off and on since the late 1990's, with a major change in my job over a year ago, along with pandemic my visits are rare at this time.

Clothing, as others have pointed out, loose fitting is a good idea and not jeans. Being my visits were during business trips, wearing business casual (black in color) was helpful.

YMMV (mileage my vary) depending on what club, who's working, what time and how one is dressed, acting or with others. All my trips have been solo and usually during the day. Arriving alone, the girls figure out, you are not expected to stay a long time and since I go daytime, they really know I don't expect to stay more than a couple of hours. If the girls to customer ratio is high, one can expect to be hounded early one for dances. As a friend of mine who used to dance at the Pony, the first customer in the club is blood in the water and girls are the sharks. Daytime, my experiences have been with the Gold Club and Pony and have and good times. If one wants to test drive girls to learn which one is best for the encore, tell the girls that in the first place. Generally, I've get dances from the hotter, younger girls at first and then get a seasoned one for the finish.

Nightime, my luck at Gold Club has been dismal, seeing girls I want latch on to money men, groups of customers or pimps. I've had two visits at the Purple Diamond and were great, but pricey.

As for $$ I've been able to get what I want in an hour at the Gold Club for $70, that included cover and 2 drinks.

I plan to go to my first strip club ever. My plan is to go, pay for a private dance, and get grinded on enough to feel like sex through clothes. I just want to get a dance an be out. I don't drink and I don't plan to be there all day blowing money. What time should I go? What club is the best option for this? How much is it to pay for the VIP? Help a rookie out. Is it even possible to just get a quick private dance and be gone?

Make sure you wear jogging pants or some loose fitting thin material. Can't feel anything in jeans! And the girls tell me they hate giving lap dances when the guy has jeans on! Make sure you take some Viagra too before you get there! Do all that and you'll be good to go!

There was a girl who used to work at one of the clubs years ago that suggested I should wear shorts on my next trip to the place.

She showed me why when I returned a few days later, and wow, talk about making a believer out of me.

I made several return trips, in fact. And quite a few to my ATM.

Some of the clubs don't allow jogging pants / sweats, if it's warm out, I'll usually wear cargo shorts, plus easy access if you get lucky.

I prefer Colombia Silver Ridge Cargo shorts. They are thin material, slick like sport shorts, but are khaki, and fast drying in case you bust in them.

Shorts are always a good option. Even the girls who won't do everything are at least running their hands partway up the short leg.
