Gold Club is $5 during the day. Get there earlier, they may not even charge. But few dancers appear before 1400.

All Memphis businesses can reopen today. Restrictions back to what they were before Christmas: 50% capacity, no smoking, close at 10 pm. Don't see how girls make much money now. FYI, cover charges are $20 at Purple Diamond and Pony, $10 at Gold Club. NO VIP CARDS OR PASSES. Purple Diamond wants $30 at the door but that includes two drinks. Ridiculous!

The Gold Club is still open as of last night. However, that could change.

Admission is $10. No free admission with pass or VIP card.

Per the current health directive, "Adult Entertainment businesses that are only open to people 18 years of age or over" cannot be open. Sounds like an opportunity to open a non-alcoholic "bikini" bar.

Clubs here were dead before this new directive. Gold Club had less than 10 girls and only one bartender / waitress. Save your dough for a trip to one of the Pony clubs near Cape Girardeau or Huntsville.

I think that was just for the weekend, and some clubs may be waiting until their forced to shut down, I know a couple girls from Purple diamond, told me they're shut down.

I haven't seen any bars or clubs announce they will have to close. This is not a lockdown, just back to a modified Phase One. Capacity limited to 25% and indoor dining strongly discouraged.

It's a full shut down / lock down, the purple diamond just announced last night / early this morning, that they will be shut down from December 26th until January 22nd because of the new health department rules.
