One way to stop this shit is not to pay upfront. I have made it a rule not to pay upfront. I will walk away with a hard dick before I pay upfront again.

There are only three reasons why a provider would insist on being paid up front. None of them are good. 1.

She is going to do a runner; 2. She is LEO and is setting you up, or 3. She doesn't trust you. If she doesn't trust you, why should you trust her. There is no reason number 4.
