I couldn't agree more with your assessment. Like a lot of other providers, she has addiction issues. I've seen her a couple of times and she's always been on something when I've seen her. Definitely a scam. Beware of most anybody wanting a deposit or funds sent before meeting. On a rare occasion there will be a genuine real person that asks for a small deposit.
