The posting lists her location as USA and provides he weight in kg. Also gives her contact as an email address with "hot" in it. All three point to a scam (likely originating outside of the US). My guess is they want you to go to a verification site that will require your credit card info.

There is a warning on the STG site about these type of scammers. My rule is that if they are e-mail only contacts, I skip them. Because as their own site says, they are nothing but games.
