That other number which you're referring to is her personal number for aspects of life un-related to the hobby/job and that she takes getting business-related requests on her personal number as violation of her policy to those to whom she has entrusted that alternate contact (her words, paraphrased).

Based on her reduced availability and taking months off on occasion (she'll have to eventually retire too) . ,. , I'd hate to ponder how deep the queue for those booking requests has become (necessitating your request for an alternate contact for potentially speedier service). I understand that the thirst for a provider can get real though; on to the next as a viable contingency plan.
