I normally look at their posts and see what they've written about and look for more than just smart ass replies or just asking questions. I once had a member ask me for a provider's address. I didn't share that. She had multiple adds up with the same phone number. My reasoning was that the phone number was easily available, but if she didn't feel comfortable or in the mood or whatever she wouldn't give her address. I shouldn't do it for her. I don't see a problem with passing on a phone number of an UTR. But that would depend on what she wants. Sharing info such as her options menu, sounds like a bad idea.
