Congrats on graduation man! But I got good news and bad news.

Good: Cops aren't as strict as they used to be, at least with the women. There's a police arrest diversion program where they don't go to jail if arrested for this but do the program instead to avoid jail time. I can't say the same for clients but our DA doesn't seem to be prosecuting cases in general let alone prostitution / solicitation.

Bad: Always be wary of stings and vet women here. That being said the scene has been awful (ugly women, drugged up women, scams) with a few diamonds in the rough. Short stays average 120 now. HHs can be up to 200. The great girls tend to be those who only visit Philly and tough to make them a regular.

However, since you'll be in tech I HIGHLY recommend just sugaring and making an account on seeking dot com and finding yourself a college aged cutie or MILF who's happy to make an arrangement with you.
