To the delight of many that will read this Nicole is back on the strip. After sporadic sighting's around the Clearfield exchange the past few months, she is now back to her old area.

1) In general, with the rise of treatment for HIV and the introduction of a drug to prevent HIV infection, condom use among gay men has declined, leading to higher rates of infection of other diseases. Also, younger gay men don't have a personal memory of the worst days of the AIDS epidemic.

2) Philly has a large AA population and, in general, AAs are less accepting of homosexuality. That leads some men to live secret lives, either being gay UTR or having a female beard with men on the side. Philly is 42% AA. Baltimore, also on the list, is 60%+ AA. Same goes for some of the southern cities on the top ten list and San Fran, well, probably more related to #1 above.
