Yes this is the Kristen from the Ave, I know jessie, was talking to him a couple of weeks ago, most of the girls from the ave also know of him too, He would pick up girls from the ave almost everyday, take them back to his hotel to party, 6 weeks ago he picked up a girl "Becky" after falling asleep, she took his money, partying supplies & his car, the car he was driving was only 5 weeks old, to replace the one Becky took.

No harm no foul. I just thought since some of this was posted about a month ago that we wouldn't be rehashing how CJ needs to get commision for the use of his pictures. The funny thing is the prices have been the same for the past 7-8 years at least. 7 years ago it would have been a total sucker mover. 4 years ago naive guys would have thought they were getting a great deal. Now days with non SW coming in around the same price = sucker move.

That said, I ain't going to fault anyone for trying get as much cash as they can. We try to get our jollies cheap too and we do have an edge on the ave right now.

I think the 'heads' that need to be 'rolling' start at the very top of the police department.

It is probably time for the cops in Philly to read their code of ethics. It all applies, but I would strongly recommend they read the fourth and eighth paragraphs.

Not VIOLATE the LAW and INTEGRITY. Commissioner Charles H. Ramsey you need to update your resume for allowing this kind of incident to happen (not the rape, but the cover up). Those who should join him in the unemployment line are the Deputy Commissioner in charge of IAD, the head of IAD, and any of those along the way who determined it was in the best interest of the department (NOT THE PUBLIC'S INTEREST, but the DEPARTMENT'S) not to publicize the arrest and more importantly, NOT TO RESPOND IMMEDIATELY when they learned of this.

My god, this POS RAPED a 12 year old girl and the PD WAITED UNTIL AFTER the rapist RETIRED, RETIRED to arrest him. That seems to indicate they KNEW he'd done it and DID NOT WANT TO let him lose his PENSION. IMHO he should lose more than that. This should be a capital offense.

This makes it seem that molesting a child, and in this case FORCEABLY, is a much less severe crime than two consenting adults (ok, maybe the lady is drugged up, but...) agreeing to have sex for a specified and agreed to sum of money.

Okay, a bad cop in jail is a target, he's the worst kind of offender in the normal bad guy's eyes, hell mine too. A child molester is not much better off. But a pedophiliac cop is doubly in danger. But I've heard they have special wings for 'bad cops' so they aren't killed by the GP.

The thing that smacked me in the face was the DNA samples. I wonder what fitting the description means? I sure hope it doesn't mean being a black male. I guess some would say there is nothing to worry about if you haven't done anything but what happens when they find your DNa at some 10 dollar place where a serious crime has been committed. I sure hope they destroy the sample and data but they might not have to if the arrest leads to a conviction. Too much stuff to ponder. I might have to start despising of my own DNA samples.
