You mean years, I know firsthand, as I got arrested, went to jail overnight during Krasners time as the DA. They didn't impound my car, although the cop that gave me back my shit when leaving jail had told they did. I found it on Trenton Ave off Lehigh after going to city hall trying to find out where the car was. The cops did steal my money though, I had about 90 on me, it was counted in front of me multiple times. When first arrested, in a warehouse in Juniata where they asked me about gun crimes, which is funny as I'm not that type of person at all, and it's very obvious. When released, I had no money returned, when I asked about it, I got to to shut the fuck up by a screaming micro penised cop, same cop who said my car was impounded. Cops are just as bad as the people they supposedly protect us from.

I spoke to several different girls and they all got caught in the middle of working (some even naked) by uniform cops and the cops told them to leave or they just saw what was going on and walked away.

That said, there is a way to go about knowing cops for the most part won't bother you. Be respectful about it. Don't do anything illegal in front of a cop, don't park in front or near a residential home to do a date and don't litter.

It's my personal opinion that the biggest risk a monger could take on is when your date asks to pick up some candy before the date. Always say no for the obvious reason but consider the risk if the drug den is under surveillance and the police wait till she gets back in the car and now both of you are equally responsible for drug possession. That's when they will impound your car and you'll have more to answer for than a simple "soliciting a prostitute" Spend 5 minutes googling "Constructive possession" and then you will never allow a SW to pick up her candy in your own car, trust me on that one.

On a serious note, how the hell are you guys CHOOSING to stay in the front seat and get head there? The girl has to basically hunch back bend over from her passenger seat to your driver's seat, climb or hover over the middle console, which in some nicer cars (luxury performance sedans, higher trim models on Accords, Civics, Camrys, etc) is a lot, and then she's giving you head from a side angle when the main nerve on your dick is from the front, not the side. You then might have to adjust your seat too. Man that shit is too much sometimes.

No Farouk, I do not think the test strips will make any difference. Just something the Talking Heads are doing to smokescreen the real issues. Not sure what the remedy might be if there even is one.

People are coming from all over to shove that garbage in their bodies. I spoke with people that came here from Michigan, New Hampshire, and Florida. You name the place and they are here from there. That's a hike just to get high. The only thing I can guess is an underlying death wish. Most of the users aren't stupid simply foolish. You and I both know there are safer places to get drugs than here.

The issues facing the addicts are so compounded. Not really complicated. Just made complicated by the politicians. The girls want to get off the stuff yet the system and bureaucracy will not allow them to. All part of the creative accounting process put in place to make money for those that least need it.

The addicts need identification which by the time they decide they have had enough has long ago been stolen. The politicians know this.
They have difficulty with insurance coverage for the same reasons. Many simply give up trying and feel the best place for them is actually the worst place for them. The street. Because of these issues, we have tragedies like Bree, Angelica, Michelle, Nicole, and countless others being lost in a system they cannot get around.

Throw that in the same mix with the current district attorney and Mayor and these lives are basically worthless. By the way, there's a bill in the works to impeach Krasner in Harrisburg for dereliction of duty by allowing the city to escalate to the level it is currently in. Finally, a movement of action that's just to little to late. Even if the impeachment effort is successful he only has eighteen months left in the office anyway. Keep waving that flag.

So the girls continue to walk and die. The guns fire into the night. Many times into the daylight hours. Drug sales are increasing hand over fist. The houses burn and the bodies hit the tally sheets. Nobody does anything because this is the city of the blind. Appreciation of life and self-respect has all been flushed into the sewer of Kensington. Those that can correct it refuse. Just keep that paycheck coming.

I long for the old days when we could cruise the strip and the risk was fairly low. The biggest worry was getting pulled over with one of the girls in the car. Or if a girl would return or fly off with our cash. How minimal those issues now seem. Me, I'm just an 'OL Gator.

My take was that everyone in Kensington already know that what they're using is Fentanyl, in fact I've met people that won't buy in Philly because of that. And yes, you are correct: tensions are at an all time high, and the value of human life is at an all time low. What's going to give?
