Some places have never really closed or they're open to people in the know. I'm not telling but there is a barbershop cutting hair via the back of the shop.

In another part of the city I needed some "tools" and was able to walk in and buy what I needed even though the place is supposed to be closed and it looked closed when you drive by.

I'm adhering to the quarantine as best as I can but other people have kids to feed or they worked under the table for years or owe child support so they're not getting any stimulus money or unemployment so I understand that they need to do what they got to do.

Since the beginning (March 11th or so), I have been a model citizen by staying home and going out to the grocery store on a limited basis (once every two weeks) always wearing masks and gloves. But I couldn't take it any more so I used a minor excuse to get in the car to deliver a package in South Philly that I just as easily could have mailed just to check out K Avenue in the middle of a pandemic.

I should say upfront that its rare for me to cruise in between the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM because I used to be working during that timeframe so what I saw on K Avenue today, I have nothing to compare it to. But what I saw wasn't pretty. I took one lap on my way to South Philly (around 1:30) and another on my way back (3 PM). If you are expecting bustling commerce, that ain't happening. 3 or 4 Zombies, the kind that you wouldn't even let in your car much less touch your dick, one or two fuglies, those plain ugly, mostly fat girls that make it a challenge to even achieve a hard on, and then just one passable SW (one for each trip thru) but I did not partake. I had to laugh, I slowed down to check her out and she obliged me by pulling down her face mask to so I could evaluate whether I wanted to scoop. I take that as post Covid 19 etiquette for SW's. But what's the point of wearing the mask on the sidewalk if you have to remove it to ply your trade within 6 feet (unless the guy is Huge or Johnny Holmes) required for social distancing.

It seems now that the quality of girls that are available online are actually escort drivers like Pablo and Henry and a few others posting the ads and using numerous virtual telephone numbers like "pinger" "textnow" and other apps in a feeble attempt to market $20 girls for $200. Hey I get it, but I don't play it that way. As I work hard for My dollars.

If a girl says, "I'm in a bad cell area" or "I'm going to run out of minutes" or other excuses, to avoid talking to you, well it's a 99% chance you're are texting a handler / driver or anybody but the escort / girl herself.

Before the feds crackdown there were several reputable agencies that would connect you directly to the girl, case in point Loveable Ladies, I miss Sara and Ginger so Much. Or Full Moon They had the "A" Team.

Long story short from a veteran hobbyist, If they avoid speaking immediately or won't text fresh photos they are the bottom of the barrel and most likely not even a female.

Or if they say "Incall only, this is a suckers bet for being robbed.
