I had the same experience as you did say maybe 2 months ago, so pretty sure this is " how they roll " now. My experience was so lackluster and non memorable I did not even bother to post about it, as often does happen. Not sure how much more was on the table, but with the ease at which things were presented, I would guess it would just come down to negotiating how much. I don't imagine negotiating would ever be in your favor though as it seemed they were trying to get and keep as much money as possible. I was more just checking things out and the hard sell was a real turn off for me and I won't be back.
