I use hand signals and yes no. Point at body parts, that kind of thing. Put the money out first so they can see how much you want to spend. Head nods for yes no. They can count money and understand yes no. Most understand English better than they can speak if its simple. Mostly just leave out words like to and the, subject and verb only. For the roaming just start doing it and see her reactions, she will let you know immediately if its ok. Sometimes ill go for a hug right off the bat and see what they do if I grab a handful. Mostly read the room. If it feels smells looks like an AMP they are used to it so don't worry about offending anyone. Honestly if the girl is in a dress she is ready for it and expects it.
