After that sight, try as I might her friend in jeans & maroon sweater above sneakers was instantly forgettable.

Might decide to take a vacation up north. So I was noticing that Portland has a loitering law. Was wondering how aggressive PPD has been with this law. ? Normally LE uses this law a way to arrest guys in sting operations. Or to arrest SW's on the streets of course.

Not sure of this specific statute you refer to, but Portland has the most liberal Assembling laws in the country. That's part of the problem, is that you can literally camp on the sidewalk and there's nothing the police can do to move folks along.

Seemed like a girl did not make enough last night. She was walking easy fishnets larger girl but not super big or. Open top open sides waving at cars. Large black heels.
