I don't smoke, but used to. Here is the secret:

Carry a pack of smokes in your glove box. If you see a SW who is appealing, park 4 or 5 blocks away. Get out but don't carry a lighter, just the smokes. Walk in her direction. Hit the Blade North / South between 5-7 pm.
