I have probed these options as well.

Made contact last winter with 3 , all 3 I walked away from at incall apt locations, photos are not even close, and spidey sense was going crazy on the scale, I was right on on that too.

In my experience you do not get what's advertised. The one that explicitly states "No old mamasan" or whatever asked for a selfie from be before they would give me room number, which I did not give. So I can't say for sure that particular ad is false advertising. But I've seen posters in Vancouver and in East Portland recently and they were both dissatisfying experiences. Not only are they not as advertised, but the experience they offer is mechanical and can be actually unpleasant.

Unfortunately it's rough to know what's up these days.
