Here's how to avoid being harassed by e*mails from providers or anyone else:

Purchase the advanced Yahoo! Mail. One of its features is AddressGuard. With AddressGuard, you select a basic handle, say "blahblah." You can then set up any number of email addresses based on that with a hyphen and a word, such as "blahblah-craigslist@yahoo.com ." If that mailbox starts getting spammed or anything else you don't like, you can just dispose of that address. You never have to give out your real e*mail, although you do have to be careful to make sure when you reply to a message you designate that address as the from address.

There's no point arguing with a ripoff like your Latina. All you can do is re-confirm everything before money changes hands or try to get your money back and leave.
