Debating moving here for work, how's mongering? The reports all seem pretty light though area searches suggest Manchester has a drug and homeless problem in recent years plus college town which generally means good for punting. Not really an AMP or precheck escort guy, more college students looking for supplemental income and meth heads / bag hoes LOL. Speaking of which, what's a good area to live around that is lowish (crime) but seedy enough providers hanging around whether in the bar or 7-11 parking lot. Sure Manchester isn't Honolulu but it's not that small either and I've lived in towns of 20 K with good action. Not looking to make a life here but three to five years dry would kill moving here. That said it's either here or SLC and while SLC has a decent mongering scene, just not a fan of LDS.

There are a decent amount in Manchester and Nashua, Concord and small surrounding towns are nice areas and only 10-15 min from Manchester. Its light right now as many have taken shelter during covid, should pick up after, but there are several good UTR girls that can be found on other paid sites too. I've spent time in SLC, and only found 1-2 decent girls there honestly. Most are just rushed and many are not independent.

So not only are we subjected to a flurry of fake ads the sites are starting to become more limited. Soon there is only going to be one or two sites with one or two ads from real providers.

Always always use a burner. Reverse number search is so easy that I'm surprised there isn't anyone out there blackmailing people's family or wife for money. Also you can always google a selfie of someone who looks like you, it ain't that hard. Most of these girls are too braindead to notice anyways.

Couldn't agree more. Years ago got sloppy and used my personal phone to text a "provider" based on a CL ad. Started getting extortion emails from a website based in India. Unrelated, somehow my phone number linked into my Facebook account. This website had my name and pictures on there along with screenshots of the texts. I never gave them anything and the website either came down or was blocked somehow.

Got to be careful is right.

I've used Lemonaid Health online doctor, $25 or don't complete the session on purpose and they send you a link for $15. Signup for an ED evaluation, fill out the questionnaire. In the questions they ask, tell them you already use 100 mg of Sildenafil. I use 60 mg, but may as well get a higher qty of 20 mg pills. At the end pay for the prescription delivery, but they don't charge you until you do the video consultation. During the consultation (2 min, no real questions) Tell him you do not want them to ship the prescription, instead they call it in to the pharmacy of your choice (you will need put one on your profile when you sign up) with 11 refills. I get it through Sam's Club pharmacy, 50 - 20 mg pills for $16 (plus member). Or you can get a GoodRx coupon to the local pharmacy with the best price.

Then wait a month and do the same thing for Cialis (tadalafil) Tell them you want to try it. You will then have an open prescription for both with 11 refills. They will make you aware to wait 3 days between, if switching and using both. I get the tadalafil prescription at Costco for $16 with a GoodRx coupon. They did 20 - 5 mg pills. I was using 10mg dose.

If you're willing to pay out of pocket, here are two suggestions:

1. With your prescription, buy more from online pharmacies unless your prescription limits the amount per month (this is a very legit route because you have an actual doctor's note).

2. If going the grey area route, you can buy from third world country pharmacies. This is a bit risky but they work, just need to find the right source. I would recommend 1 if you have prescription.

Roman offers legit Sildenafil (Viagra) and the process is seamless. You can do it online and 2 or 3 days later it shows up in the mail.

First of all I want to thank GD4. Signed up online, answered the question and had video chat with Dr. Who is American. The only problem I had was they don't take my FSA card and the Sildenafil only comes in 20 mg. But this way I can take 60 instead of the 50 mg. My dr. Is prescribing me now. Also better on empty stomach! The Dr. Also told me to take whenever possible on empty stomach!

I find -- after being told by my doc -- that they all work better if you take them on an empty stomach.

But on an empty stomach the wait time for me is more like 30 min rather than the hour and I get a definite rush and flush about 10 min in that lasts for about 5 min. On a full stomach I sometimes don't feel it at all but they still help with longevity. My issue is not getting it up. I'm still like an 19 year old in that a fantasy about the woman that just walked by can get me going, but I run out of gas on a long screw and sometimes at my age it takes a while to come. The pills work well for me in that way.
