Oxford
Then clearly you haven't been to Oxford place. There's no mamasan there. You meet the girl directly. So you don't pay a house fee separately. You give her whatever and then she gives some amount to whoever runs the place. The going rate for CBJ + CFS there is $. 2, but being a regular I've gotten it for $. Maybe if I ask for an hour's massage, that may increase, but I usually don't care for the massage.

As the house fee is fixed, you imply that the market FS rate is 70. Please, tell me where is it. Please, name a single provider willing to do that for 70.

Not true st all. Its not a cost to make the goods. Its a service and something extra like that is only worth what someone is willing to pay. If people stopped paying x amount and refusing prices drop to what customers are willing to pay. Its not that hard to figure out.
I think it has more to do with what percentage of a person's disposable income the tip represents. There's the famous hooker scene in Full Metal Jacket in which the hot Vietnamese girl offers "everyting you want" for 15 dollars. We'd jump on that in today's economy, but at the time period that was two or three day's pay. So of course they haggle. Prices will inevitably go up because money is worth less. Not like Victorian era two penny ****** would be the standard for all time, as much as that would be nice.

Uhm. You ever hear of something called a computer?? This is stuff being worked on by big tech companies to be able to track this. All your location data is already stored in the cloud

What something's value is rises with inflation. Forty to fifty for an HJ is totally reasonable. Giv8 ng them a little extra for extra performance reasonable too and doesn't drive the price up.

People pay what the service is worth to them. If its too much they don't pay. If its enough for them to stand they pay it. Why would I short change myself just because you don't have the resources? This is a luxury.

Candy posted in her Beech website that they will reopen soon. She seems to know something!

Now the standard is 40-50. It will probably be 60-80 in a few years. Think of any other service that hasn't had that kind of increase since 2000. When you pay a good tip, you do so not to get baseline service but for service above and beyond the standard (if you tip a girl twenty or thirty extra bucks on top of the money you already paid for an HJ, she treats you better). I don't have a lot of money, but when I go to an AMP, splurge.

RI is in the first phase of reopening. They are not allowing close contact services like barbers and salons to open. (What I read did not mention massage but sure would fall under the same rules) MA would be the same with their initial easing if restrictions.
Sure they will open eventually, just later on. And yes, the government will require masks.

It's in Chinatown, which the guys on this board abbreviate as CT. Coming from Connecticut, this took a little getting used to.
Refer to it as Blowjob alley.
