This is confirmed a Dandelion operation. Hard to say yet if it's a permanent second location, or if the original Dandelion will close and move to 261. That original Dandelion location was for sale earlier this year, so that may have some bearing on the reason for the new location. Visibility is very high, even worse than Dandelion.

After reading many posts about this place I took a chance and like many have stated great parking in back off street very discrete that's a plus. Walking in and was greeted by very pleasant provider took me right in wanted to stay an hour but she wanted hh so I agreed good thing too. Happy comfortable, warm place. Very nice although I felt a bit rushed after the flip at about 15 min in some lite teasing and went for CBJ would prefer BBBJ but a hard no was stated. CBJ was fine. Healthy tots with perky nips all and all very nice night cap. Will repeat in future.

I met my friend for breakfast the other day, and he updated me re: a couple of recent visits he had. He authorized me to post these updates for you.
