I don't think you will find any desi AMP as its not in their DNA. However, sometimes there is a post on CL / BP that comes up with a pregnant desi from Punjab which can very well be pakistani. You can search for that.

It is the building in front of Jennifer's old entrance. I gave 1028 in Brookline another shot recently. I've posted before on this spot, so I won't go into detail about the shop except to say it was quieter this time, like they've made some improvements. I didn't bother to find out why.
