20 mg x5 is 100 mg. Recommended dose is 50 mg (half of a 100 mg)

There still seems to be some mis-info about this here is the low down there are two medications that help with ed one is Tadalafil which is also known as Cialis the other is Sildenafil which is Viagra now the strongest doctor recommended dose of Viagra is 100 mg that is the strongest they make period you should not need or take more than 100 mg so try just a half of one first then go from there. Now the strongest dose of Cialis is 20 mg of Tadalafil that's it you don't need and shouldn't take more than 20 mg of Cialis period. Again start with a half of a 20 mg Cialis then go from there to a whole one if needed period. Remember 1 100 mg Viagra medically equals 1 20 mg Cialis not 5 so it equals 100 mg they are different medications made differently if you take 5 Cialis thinking it equals 100 mg like Viagra that is dangerous and can be very unhealthy with severe complications. Now the cheapest way to get them is go to your doctor tell them your dick doesn't work and when they ask what pharmacy to send the script too send it to a Meijers Meijers will give you a discount coupon so the pills will be less than 1 dollar apiece for Cialis not sure about Viagra as both pills are not the same and might not work for you the same 100 mg Viagra doesn't work very good for me or as long as 20 mg Cialis which work in like 30 45 minutes for me for like a day and a half. So be safe and hard dicks for everyone.

Another option, and one I've personally used is to download the GoodRx app. Inside the app is a icon labeled care. If you click on it it gives you a list of symptoms they treat online. ED is one that they treat. All it requires is for you to answer some questions about your current health. When finished you submit this info online for a doctor to review to see what treatment / medication works best for you. In my case it's 30 sildenafil at 100 mg each. Everything is done completely online.
