Seriously though, that's not the part that would raise a red flag for me. I assume most of these girls have SOMEONE around them who knows what they do and could help them with some pics. If not a pimp, then a friend or another girl they work with, or even a client. Also, camera timers are a thing (though a shot from that angle would also require a tripod or selfie stick, but neither of her hands is in a position to be holding a selfie stick, and I have a hard time imagining her going to the effort of setting up a tripod and everything to get that shot).
