What is the appropriate tip for HJ only. If 140 is standard for full service, 100 seems high. Or in my limited experience is a 60 HJ tip mean I am a cheap so and so?

100 is high, ridiculously high for a HJ, 40 - 50 is tops unless she gets nude. In that case you negotiate.

Forgive my ignorance but did you tip 140 or was the overall total 140 (70 house and 70 tip)? Paying out 210 even for full service seems pricey.

210 total, that's the going price for the RI places. The premium is for the whole package since you get ts, sauna, etc.
