Cross-posting in both IL & IA since technically in Illinois but nearest "big" city is Burlington in Iowa.

Gulfport IL that at one time had a dozen or so strip clubs so I have been told now has none. Had to spend a couple of days in Monmouth and got bored Wed night. Actually was bored every night in Monmouth. Decided to head to Gulfport to check out the strip clubs. Knew they all got flooded out a couple of years ago but believed that a couple of them had been rebuilt. Turns out that only one was rebuilt. It was not open and learned that it closed down a few weeks ago. So there is no longer anything of interest to the topic of this forum in Gulfport. Wound up going across the river and came out of the casino with $5 more than I went in. Something that never happens at a SC.

IOWA CITY — More than a dozen people have been arrested in Johnson County after a monthlong investigation into prostitution. Authorities say 16 people have been charged with prostitution and one with a probation violation. Authorities say the investigation is continuing and more people could be charged. More than 20 local and federal agencies worked on the investigation. Authorities have not said where the arrests were made.

This just in:

Police said four women rented a hotel room in Coralville for the purpose of using it to perform sex acts for money.

Coralville officers responded to the Baymont Inn at 7 pm on Thursday for a report of suspicious activity. Police said the four women admitted to placing ads online to meet men at the hotel for sex.

The women were:

• Amanda L. Garren. 18, of Wilton.

• Erica E. Kauer. 19, of Silvis, Ill.

• Stephanie M. South. 27, of Silvis, Ill.

• Rachel M. Foster. 20, of Peoria, Ill.

All four women were arrested and charged with prostitution, an aggravated misdemeanor.

If you find the story on the Press Citizen's website, it has photos attached. I'm positive the 2nd goes by Naomi Stacks & the 3rd goes by Ava Redz on BP. Of course they're mugshots but personally I don't think #1 is that bad, #3 doesn't look bad on her BP ads. Not that I'd risk it, but has anyone crossed paths with any of these girls?
