Island Spa in Milan has a nice table shower setup. I was there 3 months ago and they had an attractive MILF type working there, BJ is covered and I believe FS is available too.

Haven't been there real recently. Last time around holidays, tall skinny gal was great. Another gal kept pushing doubles. Skinny gal said don't do it, she will rip you off.
