That's affirmative! LE closed the place within a couple of weeks of opening. I was wary from the get go, especially being on Main St. Surprised it lasted as long as it did.

I can verify that the Classic Spa in BH is no longer there. I did a fly by last week and the building is up for lease. They may have moved, but I doubt it. I guess BH does not want to keep businesses on that block.

Thanks - there are at least 3-4 more on the 94 corridor between Ann Arbor and Battle Creek (inclusive). Unfortunately, can't tell you names right now ... I think a Tokyo in Jackson, and maybe another in BC, and one closer to Ann Arbor ... I'll be moving that way soon and will attempt to provide better info.

In my effort to compile an exhaustive MP list, here's what I've gathered as far as MPs within reasonable driving distance of Mishawaka/ South Bend:

1. Sun Spa. In Michigan City, 421 north off of I94. Go to the first light and turn left;

2. VIP Spa. On Columbia in Battle Creek;

3. New Era Massage. In Jackson, MI, Tonya was recommended;

4. Happy Spa. Battle Creek, MI;

No longer in business:

1. Classic Spa. Benton Harbor located at 100 W. Main St., phone number is 269-926-8897. Apple was recommended. Supposed to no longer be in business.

2. Natural Image. In Elkhart on C.R.6., gorgeous little AMP, the only one I've been to personally, and unfortunately, no longer in business. If it were still in business, I'd recommend Kay as she had a great attitude, a cute face, a lovely slender figure and was eager to please.

I've been searching desperately online for an AMP/OMP in the Northern IN, Southern MI area and happened to find this USASexGuide site last night.

Here's an idea. What would it be like to give the hostess at an AMP an email address where they can email you if they need to move locations? Obviously, the email address wouldn't have your real name attached to it. Wouldn't this make it easier to follow them around?

I used to visit Natural Image on 6 in Elkhart and I was slightly crushed when they closed. I got massages from Young, Kay and Susan. Young was very shy, Kay was awesome, Susan was slightly argumentative because I only brought half as much with me for later as I did with Kay.

Does it seem to you like AMPs tend to charge an excessive amount? Like 8 for their hand? I think I was being ripped off a bit, but it was worth it once in a while.

I left a message on the Fort Wayne board but I don't think it has much traffic. MY point was there is no way to charge you with visiting a massage place. If they would call you, (which I doubt they have the time to call everyone) you would just say you got a massage only. They can bust a person for visiting a common nuisance but I believe they can only arrest you for that at the time of the initial bust.

Even if they called my house and threaten to tell my wife I still would not admit to anything illegal. Deny, Deny, Deny. Good motto to live by.

Agreed, unless they catch a person in the act nothing can be proved. Because I’ve enjoyed some very good REAL massages. I just wish we still had some in the area. : (

The part about taking plate numbers and possible charges for patron's. How can someone be charged for a massage? It's not alway's as it may seem "all" the time.
